Bundha compresses a full multi-sport facility into a vertical footprint. Four multi-purpose courts, futsal, gym, and community spaces are stacked within a tight urban site.

The structure required high-load systems, long spans, and careful vibration control so each level performs as intended under dynamic use.

We also addressed challenging ground conditions within the former Gasworks site, resolving foundations and remediation early to keep the project moving.

The result is a dense, high-performing civic building that uses space efficiently without compromising experience.
