We partnered with Lendlease to deliver two new modular ward wings within a major state investment in public mental health infrastructure. Each building was delivered as a three-storey modular structure, integrating concrete cores and a connecting link.

Over 30,000 structural members were coordinated into the modular system. Precision mattered at every stage.

We led structural design, documentation and certification, along with detailed module design. Our team also resolved lifting design and temporary works early, ensuring the modular approach could be delivered safely and without disruption.
